Growing up around NYC, we were surrounded by the rich aromas of Italian delis that dotted the streets of our hometowns. The air was filled with the unmistakable tang of homemade marinara, savory meats, and iconic sandwiches crafted on freshly baked bread! There, sandwiches were more than just meals; they were a celebration of community, family, and tradition.
As life took us on various adventures, we found ourselves missing those beloved flavors and the warmth of the delis that shaped our childhoods. This longing inspired us to open
Pan de Villa — meaning "village bread"— a bridge that connects us to our past while embracing the vibrant local flavors of Tucson.
At Pan de Villa we believe that food has the power to connect people, evoke memories, and create new traditions. We specialize in artisanal sourdough breads that pay homage to both the classic Italian flavors of our youth, and the unique, newfound tastes of our Tucson community. From our signature focaccia, made with jalapeños and cheddar, to our sandwich rolls, each item is crafted with love, high-quality ingredients, and organic local grains.
